There are three essential riddles that need to be completed. Each of the riddles will be leading you to a different mission, and it will allow you to get each Mirage’s component. If you are still moving forward and somehow if you successfully exterminate the infested enemies, for the third time, the Lotus will appear again and will give you more details.

At this time, it will hand over to you a blueprint of its memory that belongs to the Mirage Neuroptics blueprint, and then you can go and return to the mission.

After farming the Mirage Neuroptics, the Order will take you to another hidden riddle that is the second riddle that you will be required to figure out to get the reward. This time the riddle will again be sent to your inbox, where you can read it and decode it.
